An Ottawa-based Grade 8/9 AAA+ basketball team.
For the 2025-26 season we are playing in the highly competitive Ascent League of the National Capital Hoops Circuit.
Join us and play for a team that coaches and trains competitive basketball players to elite levels of individual and team skills.
League: National Capital Hoops Circuit
Games: All 2025-26 league games are in Ottawa.
Tournaments: We'll travel to select competitive tournaments across Ontario and Quebec. We plan to minimize travel in our first season.
Practice: 3 times a week.
Practice Days
Wednesday, then Saturday and Sunday. (2 hours each)

More than playing with the team, we have a consultant professional development coach to improve YOUR individual game.

We don't do parent coaches. We have two military vets with decades of experience. One mission: develop disciplined, confident players who love the game.
Coach Nicholas and Coach Ron bring a combined 50+ years of high-level basketball experience, on the court, on the bench, and in uniform. Both competed at national and international levels as members of Canadian military teams, earning a reputation for toughness, precision, and performance under pressure.
Now, they channel that experience into developing young athletes who play smart, stay composed, and thrive in high-stakes moments. Their coaching goes beyond W's.
